Vanpile recognizes the importance of giving back to the community and makes it a priority to be involved in the areas where we live and work.

Giving Back

Vanpile supports annual campaigns that facilitate the generosity of our employees. Employees throughout the company raise money and volunteer for local charities. The charities we support are diverse - they range from international programs such as Movember to local charities that include:

Environmental Stewardship

Vanpile is committed to sustainable business practices.  From recycling practices on our projects to recycling programs at our office, we are constantly looking at new ways to reduce our footprint and to improve the way we do business.

Additionally, our adherence to Best Management Practices for land and marine ecosystems is paramount in meeting and, where possible, exceeding guidelines and regulations, along with being a responsible corporate citizen.

Educational Outreach

Vanpile values education and supports a variety of outreach programs along with attending career fairs for school age children.  Our engineers and field staff visit elementary schools to introduce students to marine construction and deep foundations as a potentially satisfying and rewarding career.

Health & Well-Being

Vanpile understands that our employees' well-being is comprised not only of being safe while on the job: health and well-being extends past the work place.  Although Vanpile is growing, we remain small enough that employees are aware of each other's needs whether it is celebrating an addition to an employee's family, to supporting each other during times of challenge.  We are stronger together.
